🚚 Shipping & Delivery

📦 Shipping Coverage:
We ship across India using trusted courier partners and India Speed Post.

⏱️ Delivery Timeline:
Orders are typically delivered within 2–7 business days.
You’ll receive an email and/or SMS once your order is dispatched.

💸 Shipping Charges:

• ✅ Standard Shipping Charge of Rs.150 will be charged on all orders.
  

⚠️ Note:
While we work diligently to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, strikes, public holidays, or events beyond our control.

❌ Order Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.
To cancel, please call us at +91 99308 52464 (Mon–Sat | 11:30 AM – 6:00 PM).
Once an order is dispatched, cancellation or modification will not be possible.

❗ Delayed or Lost Packages

• If you haven't received an update for more than 7 business days, or your package appears lost, contact us at andysautomania@gmail.com.
• We’ll work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your order or a suitable replacement.

📬 Wrong Address or Missed Delivery

Please ensure your shipping information is accurate. We are not responsible for:

• Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer
• Missed deliveries due to unavailability at the shipping address
